Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services, and your use of the Site does not create any service relationship between you and AxisCare. Any professional services we provide are furnished exclusively under a separate written agreement executed between AxisCare and the client, which governs the scope of work, fees, service levels, data handling, and other terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement with respect to those services, the signed services agreement controls.

Where AxisCare processes Protected Health Information on behalf of a healthcare client, that processing is governed by the applicable Business Associate Agreement and services agreement rather than by the Site's Privacy Policy or these Terms. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and AxisCare regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings or agreements on that subject. Any services provided by AxisCare remain governed by the separate written agreement between the parties. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other right.
